If there is something you do not like about an item, then you as a consumer within 14 days can use our satisfaction guarantee and exercise your right of cancellation.

  2. THE DEVICE MUST BE UNDAMAGED
  3. THE DEVICE MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

The Process:

 

  • Send us a request for returning the item so that we can quickly wind up the procedure 
  • The package only needs to be properly packaged and brought to the post or courier of your choice. 
  • The cost of postage is at your expense.
  • The money is returned only when the device is inspected and it is found that everything is as it should be. Then we return the money within 1 day
